Hey Hey! Sara here. I'm looking for a couple of fun, outgoing, loyal, cheezit loving people to welcome to the SEP family! Okay fine, you don't have to love cheezits to become a member. (Although you'll get extra brownie points if you do)
Okay but really, I'm looking to add a couple Second Shooter/Assistants to my team to accompany me to my 2018 weddings! Guys, my 2018 couples are AMAZING. I seriously love them, and I know you will too.

    REQUIREMENTS:
Reliability: This is SUPER important – I'm looking for someone who is reliable and understands the importance of timeliness. When you commit to a wedding, you must follow through with that commitment.
Experience: You must have a natural photography talent, a good eye for detail, good composition skills, technical camera skills (knowing and shooting in manual is a must)  and willingness to take critique and suggestions with a positive attitude. Now you DONT have to be a professional to apply for this second shooting position! If you have a natural eye for photography and the willingness and drive to learn, I am totally willing to train the right person!
Equipment: You must have a full frame DSLR camera and a couple professional lenses.
Personality and Professionalism: There is SO much emotion going into a wedding day. It’s important that we be easy to work with, work well under pressure,(like, lots of pressure) be kind, helpful, respectful, professional, genuine, and most of all, supportive.

    DISCLAIMER:
I sing in the car. I wear slippers on the car ride to every wedding. I talk about my dog. Like, a lot. I dance like my grandmother. I eat more Cheez-Its than anyone you have ever met. (You think I'm joking) and I am ALWAYS looking for my lens caps.
Are you up for the challenge?!

    Job Description:
Duties included but not limited to:
    - Second shoot various angles and alternate moments throughout a wedding day

    - Assisting during any miscellaneous tasks; clearing the getting ready spot, running to the car for any items, etc.
    - Assisting during family portraits. You'll be gathering family members and calling out names of individuals
    - Carrying gear and helping to set up any equipment if needed
    - Set up light stands

I will train you how to shoot in a style that is consistent with my own style (this includes exposure, aperture use, flash, angles, etc.)
